“ How do I love Chens? Let me count the ways. Chens is a local Gold Canyon restaurant that flies under the radar. Most people in the valley have no idea where Gold Canyon is (far East valley) and certainly don't know the handful of restaurants. Chens is special in my opinion. From the variety to amazing quality and freshness, not to mention the attentive and professional staff - they do everything right. Both my wife and I love it and after 35 years in the phoenix area we consider it a great choice and feel so lucky it's in our neck of the woods.
